Download Windows 7 sound theme for Windows XP

We’ve been using the XP almost since last 10 years. I personally love working with XP, but got bored by its sound scheme or sound theme whatever you call it. I thought to get rid of it, and finally got windows 7 sounds for my windows XP.




Just follow the steps below and Make your Windows XP operating system sound like windows 7.

1. Download the zip file by clicking the link given at the end of this post.
2. In case, If anything goes wrong or you don’t like the new sound scheme, Firstly make the backup of your old sound scheme before making any changes.
3. For this, Go to:
C:\windows and look the folder name “Media”. Cut the entire “Media”folder and paste where ever you like.
4. Now unzip the zip file “windows 7 sound scheme for XP” that you have downloaded. After unzipping it, you’ll get a folder name “Windows 7 sound scheme for XP” containing a folder “Media”, and a file “Sound Scheme”
5. Paste the media folder inside the folder name “windows” located in c:\.
6. After doing it now double click on file “sound scheme”, and choose “yes”.
7. Now go to control panel, and double click on sound and audio devices. Choose sounds, Here you will find all the sound scheme presets as found in windows 7. Select the desired sound scheme. And click on OK button.
8. Now enjoy.

Sorry For The Inconvenience

Hello dear visitor,
I'm sorry for the inconvenience. But all the files which have been posted on this blog were uploaded on rapidshare.com but now they've deleted all the files, and it is no point to put those posts on this blog.
